Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your signature scent, but if you are not completely satisfied with your KAYALI purchase, we offer easy returns on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 75% of their contents remaining.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
